DESCRIPTION
Based on a survey of more than 200 corporate
travel managers from across the globe, the study provides an in-depth
analysis of past and future expected usage of travel alternatives
(e.g., web- and video-conferencing), including: conferencing
deployment; conferencing impact on travel spend; and perceived
effectiveness of conferencing as a travel alternative for
common types of meetings.
Analyses are presented by region, industry
sector, and company size.
The research also investigated changes in travel spend, including T&E reductions for
2010 and planned future tactics for controling travel spend.
