DESCRIPTION

To understand which factors drive the realization of travel savings following conferencing deployments, the study surveyed more than 200 corporate travel managers from across the globe.  It looked at more than 20 company characteristics including managerial practices, which conferencing technologies they deployed, and company demographics (size, region, etc.).  The study found that the biggest impacts came from factors well within managerial control, and the analysis focuses on these areas.

The research also provides an update on the penetration of various conferencing technologes, with comparisons to a similar study conducted in 2009.
